What We Do
We are a group of creative thinkers that breathe life into tailor-made events and experiences. We thrive on infusing fresh thinking into creative and content development, strategic messaging, live and virtual production, graphics and environmental design, communications and video. It is a collaborative process with our clients. We continue to ask, “how can we make it better?”
Clients love that we deliver fresh perspectives and smart ideas.
“Christina and her “wild” crew were amazingly helpful in pivoting our two in-person annual conferences to virtual events during the pandemic – they helped with everything from the digital platform used to the revised agendas to the actual production. They were quick to get to know us and understand our goals, excellent at pitching new concepts and ideas, and really helpful in dealing with all the necessary changes to our events… at the end of the day, we got VERY positive feedback from our entire employee base – and we look forward to working with them again soon!”

"The 15th Dancing with the St. Louis Stars was a big success for the Independence Center. Someone mentioned to me how calm I looked on Saturday evening. And, it was truly because I knew we had such a professional team collaborating with us! I had no worries as you were generating a night to remember. Whether your role was performing on stage, creating the production, fashioning a guest experience, or ensuring we reached our external audience, it was superb! "

Our Crafted Events
Anheuser- Busch
Anheuser-Busch’s Homecoming Celebration for 5,000 wholesalers and employees centered on critical messaging delivered in the home brewery location of St. Louis. The eight-block campus became the backdrop to convey how important the distributors are to the company. The street was lined with custom branded displays that created interactive experiences throughout. Concert stages, food and beverage stations, brewery tours, and video and lighting projection on buildings and trees lined the streets. The grand finale
of fireworks from the top of the historic brewery completed the evening.

DaimlerChrysler
Converted a 40,000 sf abandoned warehouse into a Roaring 20’s nightclub. The project required bringing in temporary water, power, heating system, building out a full onsite kitchen and restroom facilities. Record snowfall added to the challenges for this NAIAS press event for DaimlerChrysler. The mash-up of the two brands included engineering and hanging vehicles from the ceiling.

In-N-Out
In-N-Out Burger has amazingly loyal employees including many who have worked with the company for 40 years. The family-inclusive company celebrated 75 years in business by honoring their employees with a full day and night of activities from a street party in the Shrine Auditorium (LA) to an awards dinner and celebration that preceded a concert with KISS. Following the concert, the crowd returned to the auditorium, which had been transformed into a blacklight nightclub. Many moving parts, a large team and a tight timeline added to the challenge of this ambitious endeavor.

Innovation Conference
Approaching everything with a unique perspective was the baseline for this 200-person Innovation Conference. The structure was bult for the ground up with an emphasis on perfection for these exclusive attendees. The venue had many restrictions which required a supreme level of planning and extensive problem-solving to meet the very short load-in time. The expectations were high and the team delivered on all fronts. Produced for Tencue. Photo credit: Jennifer Hale

Celebrity Talent
Wilde Collective supervises the contracting and management of celebrity entertainers for many events. We’re experienced in helping clients choose talent that fits an event’s theme, audience and budget. We’re also skilled at managing not-so-well-known talent, for example, incorporating over 40 special-needs children into performances as we have done for Variety Children’s Charity of St. Louis. Pictured are James Taylor, Sting and Santana.
