Wilde Collective is led by Christina Wilde; known as the conductor of the production orchestra – veteran event designer, creative producer and effective team architect. As a former Director of Production for two agencies, Christina has a proven knack for identifying and bringing together outstanding experts that merge seamlessly into client teams. 

Wilde Collective, has at its core, a team of seasoned professionals that embrace the adage that we are all in this together. We aspire to be human, kind, inclusive and have fun while pushing the boundaries of innovation. The team is personalized for each project through careful alignments of the right skills to fulfill client needs.

Christina Wilde

Chief Disrupter | Client Caretaker
Christina is an expert in envisioning and producing high-level, bespoke events and experiences. Her extensive portfolio spans meetings, sales conferences, press / product launches, festivals, videos, and fundraisers. If it’s live, she’s probably produced it. Christina and her team consistently craft the unexpected which translates into memorable, one-of-a-kind experiences leaving lasting impressions.
With a background that includes owning successful production companies and serving as Director of Production at two leading agencies, Christina has built a reputation as a consummate professional, trusted across multiple industries. Whether navigating tight budgets or ambitious objectives, her approach remains steadfast: invest where it makes the greatest impact on the attendee experience, seize every opportunity to surprise and delight, and, above all, enjoy the process and journey.

Eric Ward

Creative Shepard
Eric is a veteran Executive Creative Director who leads teams to develop effective and engaging experiences to align hearts and minds with clients’ objectives. His strategic process starts with understanding the audience, and then defining what they need to learn and feel to reach the desired goal. With that in mind, he collaborates with the team to craft experiences that meet the audience where they are and then lead them to where we want them to be. Eric is also a clay artist, community theater actor, scenic designer and director.

Alora Wilde

Producer | Stylist | Environment Curator
Alora brings a unique fusion of Stylist, Producer, and Creative Actuary to every project she touches. A multi-tasking master, she excels at planning, and seamlessly managing the fluid aspects of live events, always staying ahead of potential challenges. With a sharp visual instinct, Alora elevates environments, and curates furniture, wardrobe, and sets with an eye for detail and cohesion. Her expertise in fabrication adds depth to her creative approach, ensuring every element is thoughtfully crafted. She has produced live and virtual events for Corporate, Broadcast and Nonprofit companies including Google, Amazon, Lululemon, Apple TV and others.

Karen Gaskill

Creative Producer | Cultural Engineer
Karen is a seasoned Senior Creative Producer and Program Manager, with a talent for leading cross-functional teams to deliver and execute dynamic, high-impact creative projects. She excels at building initiatives from the ground up, with a focus on cultural relevance and audience engagement. A passionate curator of the arts and contemporary culture, Karen strategically integrates these elements into her projects, ensuring they resonate deeply with their intended audiences. Karen is a new culture groupie, and music enthusiast who currently lives in NYC.

Kamra Delaney

Producer
Kamra is a finely tuned “Swiss Army knife” of a producer, bringing over 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of the industry. Throughout her career, she has worn many hats, mastering roles such as Account Manager, Backstage Manager, Content Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Digital Specialist, and Budget Manager. Kamra’s journey began as a photography and video agent, aligning photographers with clients before transitioning into live event production, managing projects for corporate, tech, and automotive clients both domestically and internationally. Incredibly responsive and forward-thinking, Kamra always anticipates what’s needed next. Her calm, easy-going demeanor sets the tone for any team she works with, creating a positive and productive environment. In addition to her professional talents, Kamra is also a musician, regularly playing bass guitar alongside her husband.

As a social media enthusiast, Christie recognized early on the transformative power of social platforms to connect brands with their target audiences. This passion led her to pursue a career in social media and digital storytelling. With over a decade of experience, Christie has worked with corporate marketing teams and as an independent consultant, building social media and digital content strategies for B2B and B2C brands across diverse industries. She is driven by a passion for helping business leaders boost brand awareness, increase sales, and improve website traffic and SEO rankings through the strategic use of social media. Christie excels at crafting digital relationships, bridging the gap between brands and their customers in meaningful, impactful ways.

Chief Technical Director
David Graham is a consummate Pro and one of the very best in the industry. He has managed corporate events for over 40 years. David is proficient as a Technical Director, Production Manager, and Producer. With experience in Theater, Corporate, and Special Events he brings a deep well of experience to event production. He has managed events for a cross section of Fortune 500 companies across business sectors including High Tech, Food Service, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services. David specializes in creating a low stress highly creative environment working with the best people and equipment to meet the challenges in our ever-changing industry. What we love best beyond David’s expertise is his calm, listening ability and solution-oriented mindset!

Mandy is an ace producer with a knack for resourceful problem-solving and a proven track record of managing diverse projects across industries. Whether she’s overseeing an annual conference, driving a large-scale branding initiative, or crafting communications plans and training programs, Mandy’s versatility shines through. A veteran of the ballroom, she can seamlessly jump in mid-project or guide it from concept to execution. Known for her love of Excel, Mandy is a "spreadsheet jockey," turning data into actionable insights with her sharp organizational skills. If there's a challenge, Mandy finds the solution—and usually with a well-formatted spreadsheet in hand.

James A. Kern is an award-winning Executive Creative Director with over 25 years of experience in experiential marketing.
